Light VS. Shadows

Shatter was taken aback. she thought she was a great fighter and wondered why Kohr had picked out Adeline. She followed them nevertheless and waited to be called to a training station.

Rush was eager to get going, "i wonder if it will be all over after this..." He said aloud to his friend.

"Woah, Thats a surreal thought Rush." Shatter laughed

Rush shrugged.

"I need you to teach them how to divide and conjure, you'll need Shatter to help you train them all." Khor pointed to Shatter and looked back at Adeline. "You also need to teach them how to get through the shadows as quickly as possible to do sneak attacks."

Luna looked at Copper. "Yea..you see i was tricked when i was younger to give him some of my power, he can heal any wounds and mine take longer to heal, i have no idea why.." More blood gushed out of the wound and Luna looked worried at Copper. "I-i don't feel well..." Luna soon fainted from the loss of blood.

Shatter nodded.

"Do I... go with them sir?" Rush motioned.

Adeline smiled to Shatter and turned back to Kohr and nodded, then bowed her head in thanks.

Khor bowed back to Adeline and looked at Rush. "If you wish you may help."

Rush nodded quickly and his tail wagged as he joined the others.

Adeline smiled at Rush and Shatter, "Alright.. Kohr said we need to teach divide and conjure and sneak attacks, too."

Sage nodded in welcome to the others, then trotted closer to the group, carefully leaning down to inspect Luna's wound. It had a faint tang of rotten flesh, indicating that it was starting to get infected. 'I wish I knew how to heal.' He thought, wanting to be of help. He stood up and adressed to others. "We should get her somewhere. Try to find some healing herbs or something. I know a little bit of herbal medicine, but I'm unfamiliar with the plants of this region." He said, his voice tinged with a slight accent.

Shatter nodded at Adeline. "theyre pretty important tasks when fighting, wheres our group?"

"Im guessing over there," Adeline pointed her head toward a large group of wolves.

Ian whimpered, seeing Luna faint. He looked at Sage. "Healing plants? Maybe some marigold or aloe..." he had a vague understanding of plants, since he lived in the area and had to know which were dangerous. He gestured at a clump of yellow flowers. "I know pot marigold helps heal wounds," he said hopefully. He racked his brain for more information but came up short.

Copper watched with a concerned expression. "Well quick then, help her!"

Malikk and Dmitri were standing in the group of wolves.

"Thank you. I think I can help." Sage took to quick action, collecting as much marigold as he could and chewing them into a pulp. When it was ready he smoothed some onto Luna's wound with his paw, watching for the telltale flinch that signalled that the medicine was working.

He stepped back. "It should heal up just fine now. She just needs some rest. Do you think the wolves will come back soon? If so, I could probably make some more of this for other injuries. Otherwise, I think it would be wise to keep some marigold handy, just in case."

Luna weakly opened her eyes to see the blood stop and the wound healing.
She whispered to the foxes near her. "Thank you.." She closed her eyes again this time to sleep.

"I'll start then." Shatter stepped onto a large rock and began lecturing on how to Devide and Conjure (still dont know what that is haha). She then explained some training techniques.

(Divide and conjure is how to split the foxes up one by one so you can attack them easier and they stand less a chance.)

"Or.." Adeline said over Shatter, "Since we have a larger group, maybe a few of us could take on our own fox. Myabe even two for one."

"It doesnt really come down to math, as much as it comes down to pure strategy." Shatter commented, lowering her nose. "you see a fox, you take it down according to your strategy. If we want to split them up wed probably want to all rush into a group of them as a pack, chase them out in different directions and start fighting. Then more wolves can come and help with the dispersed foxes. They have strength in numbers, and we know that."

Rush stepped in. "I have some camoflauge ideas that might work... depending on where we plan to fight." He nodded.

"Yeah well have to ask Kohr about that." Shatter sniffed.

Khor walked around watching everyone as they trained.
He spotted Shatter, Adeline and Rush. "How is it going over here?"

"Great" Adeline smiled and looked at Rush, "Rush wanted to ask you something."

"where do you think the battle will take place sir?" Rush held himself taller.

Khor looked at Rush. "Mostly likely in the snow valleys that cut the border between us and the foxes."

"Snow valleys? hmmm... maybe we could send the light coloured ones in first for attack if were going for an attack. and then the dark ones can stick to shadowed places." Rush suggested.

Adeline grinned at the idea, "Wow Rush, thats brilliant!"
